This menu lists programs that are used with various applications within the

          Accounting System. At present there are five selections on this Menu.

 

         CHANGE A CODE IN THE SYSTEM   used to change a Code everywhere it is found

           in the Accounting System. (example: Name Change in Payroll)

         

         PRINT LABELS   used to print mailing labels from Master Files (example: Print

            Customer Mailing List).

 

         EXPORT DATA FILES TO ASCII TEXT   used with assistance of Software Support
             to create Accounting Data Files in Delimited ASCII format for use by other Software.

 

         EXPORT USER FILES TO ASCII TEXT   used with assistance of Software Support
             to create Accounting User Files in Delimited ASCII format for use by other Software.

 

         CHANGE PAYROLL OR A/P CHECK NUMBERS  use to CHANGE ONE OR MORE A/P
              or PAYROLL Check Numbers to different Check Numbers.

 

         note: Upon entering this program you will get a WARNING that no other User should be

                    in Accounting (for networks) and that the program should NOT be stopped

                    before it's finished.
