TJ - JOB CODE

Normally this field is AUTOMATICALLY loaded from the JOB CODE field when
the ADD A NEW JOB function is performed.

Since this is a KEY FIELD it cannot be changed without Adding & Deleting a Record.

The ONLY CASE where a NEW JOB may be added to this file is if a Job was ADDED
with a Job Class that did not specify TOTAL JOB STATUS, and for some reason it was
desired to include on Total Job Status Reports.

If a Job is added to this File it MUST EXIST in the Job Cost Master File.
