A. Purpose:

For Company Name, Address and Tax ID Codes.

SPECIAL NOTE: To enter the STATE TAX ID CODES Click on the Windows Menu, then State ID CODES. Then enter STATE and ID CODE and ADD the Record.

B. Example Updates:

Add - Set up a New Company's books on the Accounting System (Support Assistance required)

Change - Company Name (Do not change without Support Assistance).  Company Address can be changed.

Delete - NOT ALLOWED
 

C. Procedure:

Add a New Master Record.

Change an Existing MasterRecord.
