CO-NUMBER

ONE DIGIT number to identify the COMPANY, whose records you want to access.

DIFFERENT COMPANIES HAVE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SETS OF DATA FILES.

There is NO INTERCHANGE of data between companies. These are COMPLETELY
DIFFERENT SETS OF BOOKS.

If you have DIFFERENT DIVISIONS of one company and want to have a Separate
PROFIT & LOSS Statement for each Division, use the DEPARTMENT CODE in the
Chart of Accounts.

To CHANGE COMPANIES:

                         Use the DROP DOWN LIST BOX at right of Current Company Name
                         at the top of each Menu. Just Click on the Company you want to work
                         with. The name will appear in the List Box and you will be in THAT COMPANY'S
                         Data Files.
