Answer:
1. Create the new file, using either BUTIL -CLONE or the CREATE function from the Btrieve API.
2. The fastest method of loading the file is with an application running on the server using the Btrieve API.
3. The fastest program technique for loading the file is to create the file (remember the CREATE API function?) using no keys and once the file is loaded, close the file and create all the keys using the CREATE INDEX API function.
