What is Context Sensitive Help?

 

Context Sensitive Help is help information that pertains to the current screen you are in.  As in the picture above, the Contents, Current Program and Current Entry Fields help are all specific to Edit Weekly Hours Entry.  Any screen that has a lot of different input fields will have these help features.

 

What is the Difference Between Contents, Current Program & Current Entry Fields?

 

A. Contents

 

Contents is all of the main topics of your ISI Help.  The contents section of Help will bring up automatically the Welcome Screen.  From here click on the Contents Button to see all of the main help topics.

 

B. Current Program

 

Current Program brings up Help information describing the Current Program portion that you are working on.  As in the example at the top of this page, the Current Program would produce help information relating to Edit the Weekly Hours Entry.

 

C.  Current Entry Fields

 

Current Entry Fields contains field descriptions relating to every input field on the screen.  As in the Example above,  the would be field descriptions of Employee Code, Job code and every input field in Edit the Weekly Hours Entry.

 

D.  About Integrity Contractor Accounting

 

This choice brings up a message box that contains Integrity Systems, Inc. telephone support phone numbers as well as our Fax number and address.  If at any time you need any of these, this information is only a click away.
