Percent Complete is computed as the RATIO of TOTAL COSTS INCURRED TO DATE
versus the NET BUDGETED AMOUNT (Original Budget +- Change Orders).

This figure represents the PERCENT OF TOTAL BUDGET SPENT.

To make this Percentage reflect the ACTUAL PERCENT OF WORK PERFORMED you need
to enter any COST OVER or UNDER RUN in Step 1 on the Menu.

If a Cost Over/Under Run Amount has been entered an ASTERISK will appear to the right
of this Percentage figure.
