P/Y - Y/E - EMPLOYEE LOCAL TAXES REPORT

This YEARLY LOCAL TAXES DISTRIBUTION REPORT is a detailed breakdown of
LOCAL TAXES DEDUCTED FROM EMPLOYEE'S Pay during the PERIOD SPECIFIED.

The Report SEQUENCE is by EMPLOYEE, then each TAX LOCALITY where the EMPLOYEE
had LOCAL TAXES deducted.

An Optional feature will RECOMPUTE TAXABLE EARNINGS based on TAX PAID so that
LOCAL TAX SPLITS will appear correct on Reports.

After the LOCALITY NAME and TAX RATE, the below Amounts are listed:

         Current Tax                Current Earnings                Year to Date Tax                                Year to Date Earnings

There are SUBTOTALS for each EMPLOYEE and a GRAND TOTAL for the Company.
