State and Federal Reports have the same Information printed.

State Reports print alphabetically by State with the FEDERAL REPORT
printing as STATE FT (Federal Tax).

Each Employee who has UNEMPLOYMENT EARNINGS in that State is listed
in EMPLOYEE CODE Sequence, with SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, EMPLOYEE NAME,
PREVIOUS QUARTER EARNINGS, CURRENT QUARTER EARNINGS, TAXABLE THIS
QUARTER EARNINGS, and NUMBER OF WEEKS WORKED (number of checks received).

For each State, after the Listing, is a Summary Line with Totals of the above Amounts,
then the UNEMPLOYMENT TAX RATE, with the Last Line being the TAX DUE.
