A listing of Labor Cost Distribution Records for the ENTIRE MONTH BEING CLOSED..
This report is an important part of your AUDIT TRAIL and the FINAL COPY needs to be
stored with your permanant records.

The sequence is by Employee within Cost Code within Job Code. For each Employee are
listed Regular and Overtime Hours and Earnings, Other Pay, Burden, Fringes and Re-
imbursements. Total of all cost is in the far right column.

For each Cost Code within a Job there is a set of subtotals for the above amounts, as well
as for each Job in total.

At the end of the Report are Grand Totals for the Company.
