FRINGE BENEFITS computed for EMPLOYEES during the Month.

It also lists all UNION DEDUCTIONS deducted from EMPLOYEE PAY during the Month.

The Report SEQUENCE is by UNION LOCAL and CRAFT, with subtotals by SKILL LEVEL,
then Totals by EMPLOYEE in Employee Code Sequence.

Below the Employee Code and Employee Name are listed totals for:

         Regular, Overtime and Total Hours

         Regular, Overtime, Other and Total Earnings

         Union Deductions from Net Pay (by type)

         Fringe Benefits Computed for Employee (by type)

There are SUBTOTALS for each UNION LOCAL and a GRAND TOTAL for the Company on a
separate page.
