This CRAFT CODE is matched  to Employee's CRAFT CODE (from Employee Master,
or Time Card Override) to determine Pay Rates and Fringes for Employee's work on
this PREVAILING WAGE JOB.

This allows you to have DIFFERENT PAY RATES AND FRINGES for ALL EMPLOYEES
who work on this PREVAILING WAGE JOB, depending on the CRAFT CODE which they
are working under.
