OVERTIME HOURS
NUMERIC field for OVERTIME HOURS. Multiplied by OVERTIME FACTOR to
yield TIME and ONE HALF, DOUBLE TIME, OR STRAIGHT TIME HOURS. Decimal point
is only required for fractions.
These hours will be multiplied times the Overtime Factor, then times the
Pay Rate to produce OVERTIME EARNINGS.
Example: 3 (Three Hours of OVERTIME WAGES)
The DAILY BREAKDOWN of Hours is ONLY USED by the Certified Payroll Report.
If a job does not require a Certified Payroll you can put all hours for
a particular Job and Cost Code in MONDAY. (If this is a CERTIFIED PAYROLL
JOB you will see the word {Certified} next to the Job Name in the VERIFICATION WINDOW).
ALL OVERTIME HOURS MUST BE ENTERED IN THESE FIELDS. There is no
AUTOMATIC designation of OVERTIME (over 8 hours in one day, weekend
work, etc.).
