OVERTIME HOURS

  NUMERIC field for OVERTIME HOURS. Multiplied by OVERTIME FACTOR to

   yield TIME and ONE HALF, DOUBLE TIME, OR STRAIGHT TIME HOURS. Decimal point

   is only required for fractions.

 

  These hours will be multiplied times the Overtime Factor, then times the

   Pay Rate to produce OVERTIME EARNINGS.

 

 Example: 3  (Three Hours of OVERTIME WAGES)

 

  The DAILY BREAKDOWN of Hours is ONLY USED by the Certified Payroll Report.

   If a job does not require a Certified Payroll you can put all hours for

   a particular Job and Cost Code in MONDAY. (If this is a CERTIFIED PAYROLL

   JOB you will see the word {Certified} next to the Job Name in the     VERIFICATION WINDOW).

 

  ALL OVERTIME HOURS MUST BE ENTERED IN THESE FIELDS. There is no

   AUTOMATIC designation of OVERTIME (over 8 hours in one day, weekend

   work, etc.).
