This Labor Burden Rate will OVERRIDE the Labor Burden Rate the
JOB CLASS MASTER RECORD.

If you have CHECKED the FICA, FUTA, SUTA or WK COMP boxes in the
Job Class Master Record, these computed amounts will be ADDED to
the Labor Burden computed by this Rate.
