LINE ITEM DESCRIPTION is either brought in from the Product Master File
or KEYED IN DIRECTLY.

You can key in UP TO 50 Characters in length, depending on your FONT SELECTION
for your Billing Print Program.

You can have Line Items which are DESCRIPTION ONLY, with no other Entries.
