JOB CLASS REQUIRED ENTRY
Drop Down List Box with ALL JOB CLASS CODES and DESCRIPTIONS
that exist in your JOB CLASS MASTER FILE.
The JOB CLASS determines the General Ledger Accounts that will be posted
at PAYROLL MONTH END CLOSING for ALL COSTS that have come through
the Payroll System.
This includes WAGES, BURDEN REIMBURSEMENTS and FRINGES.
The Job Class also FLAGS whether this Job will POSTED TO TOTAL JOB STATUS.
It also can carry a LABOR BURDEN RATE for this Class of Jobs, and determine which of the
PAYROLL TAXES & INSURANCE computations will be ADDED to any other computed
Labor Burden.
