This is a UNIT LABOR COST REPORT for Measuring and Reporting LABOR PRODUCTIVITY
based on NUMBER OF UNITS INSTALLED PER HOUR. Estimated and Actual LABOR HOURS
and LABOR DOLLARS are compared to ESTIMATED and ACTUAL UNITS INSTALLED to develop
PRODUCTIVITY RATIOS based on HOURS and DOLLARS

On the Parameter Screen is a Menu Item at top left called Job Units Complete. By Clicking
on this item you will bring up the EDIT UNITS and PERCENTS COMPLETE Entry Screen.
Here you can see the UNIT OF MEASURE and ESTIMATED UNITS as were entered in the
Estimate, and you can enter the ACTUAL JOB TO DATE UNITS COMPLETE for a LINE ITEM
(Cost Code).

There are SUBTOTALS of ESTIMATED & ACTUAL HOURS by JOB, followed by a CONTRACT,
BILLING and RECEIPTS SUMMARY.

At Report end are GRAND TOTALS of Estimated & Actual Hours for balancing purposes.

The MAIN PARAMETER is PRINT THRU DATE which CUTS OFF inclusion of Records based
on DATE POSTED IN JOB COST RECORD.

Other parameters allow for selection of Jobs by Job Code Range, or individually, and for
exclusion of Closed Jobs. You can also specify all Jobs to Start Printing on a New Page,
Labor Cost to use Week Ending Date, and SUBTOTALS by COST CODE CATEGORY.
