This is a PROJECTED LABOR COST REPORT which measures TO DATE LABOR PRODUCTIVITY
and PROJECTS LABOR HOURS & DOLLARS GAIN OR LOSS, projected to JOB COMPLETION.

Estimated and Actual LABOR HOURS are used to generate a PERCENTAGE OF HOUR BUDGET
USED. Also Estimated and Actual LABOR DOLLARS are used to create a PERCENTAGE OF
BUDGET USED. These figures are used with the ACTUAL % of LABOR WORK IN PLACE to
generate HOUR and LABOR $ gain or loss for JOB-TO-DATE and PROJECTED TO JOB
COMPLETION.

On the Parameter Screen is a Menu Item at top left called Job Percentages. By Clicking
on this item you will bring up the EDIT UNITS and PERCENTS COMPLETE Entry Screen.
Here you can enter an ACTUAL LABOR PERCENT COMPLETE for a LINE ITEM (Cost Code).

This capability turns this Report into a PROJECTED LABOR PRODUCTIVITY TOOL, where Management can take the FACTS of ESTIMATED and ACTUAL LABOR HOURS & DOLLAR
COSTS as they exist  AT PRESENT, and add THEIR JUDGEMENTS regarding Job Conditions,
Job Performance and  ACTUAL JOB PROGRESS.

There are SUBTOTALS of ESTIMATED & ACTUAL LABOR HOURS and DOLLARS by JOB,
followed by a CONTRACT, BILLING and RECEIPTS SUMMARY.

At Report end are GRAND TOTALS of Estimated & Actual Hours and Labor Dollars
for balancing purposes.

The MAIN PARAMETER is PRINT THRU DATE which CUTS OFF inclusion of Records based
on DATE POSTED IN JOB COST RECORD.

Other parameters allow for selection of Jobs by Job Code Range, or individually, and for
exclusion of Closed Jobs. You can also specify all Jobs to Start Printing on a New Page,
Labor Cost to use Week Ending Date, and SUBTOTALS by COST CODE CATEGORY.
