G/L - GENERAL LEDGER FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Two Reports are run from this Menu Selection depending on Parameter entry:

1. Balance Sheet

This is a Standard Accounting BALANCE SHEET which lists ASSETS, LIABILITIES
and SHAREHOLDERS EQUITY with entries for ACCOUNTS and GROUPS OF ACCOUNTS,
as defined in the G/L Statement Definition File. The CURRENT BALANCE as of the THRU
DATE entered on the Report Parameter is shown for each item listed.

The Definition File also specifies the SUBTOTALS (Total Fixed Assets) and CLASS TOTALS
(Total Assets).

The Software is delivered with a Standard Balance Sheet Definition.

2. Income Statement

This is a YEAR TO DATE Statement of INCOME and EXPENSES, tailored for CONTRACTOR
FINANCIAL REPORTING.

All items on this Report are specified in the G/L Statement Definition File. Revenue Items are
listed first with YEAR TO DATE, LAST YEAR and CURRENT MONTH DOLLARS. Totals are
printed at the end of the Revenue Items.

The next group of items are DIRECT CONTRACT COSTS, which have the same format as above
except each item has a PERCENTAGE OF TOTAL REVENUE next to the DOLLAR AMOUNTS.
At the end of this group is a Total on one line for UNAPPLIED INDIRECT JOB COST from
Schedule 1 (see below).

After a SUBTOTAL of Direct Contract Costs, the GROSS PROFIT is shown on the next line.

A SUMMARY of General & Administrative Expenses from Schedule 2 (see below) is printed
on the next line, with INCOME ON OPERATIONS printed on the Line following.

Next are listed OTHER INCOME and OTHER EXPENSE Items in detail, and the following
total is NET INCOME BEFORE TAXES.

After a listing of INCOME TAXES the NET PROFIT (LOSS) YEAR-TO-DATE line is printed.

Schedule 1 follows which is a breakdown of INDIRECT JOB COST ITEMS

Schedule 2 is the final section which lists a breakdown of GENERAL & ADMINISTRATIVE
EXPENSES.
