This Report is a SUMMARY BY JOB of CONTRACT, ESTIMATE, COST-TO-DATE and BILLINGS.
In addition there are several columns of figures that are used by BONDING COMPANIES,
INSURANCE COMPANIES and FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS.

PERCENT COMPLETE is derived from Estimate and Cost (% of Budget spent)
Cost Over & Under-Run can be posted using Step 1 on the Menu, to ALTER this Percent
Complete to reflect % of WORK COMPLETED.

Over and Under Billings are computed based on AMOUNT BILLED-TO-DATE and PERCENT
COMPLETE.

Gross Profit is broken out between PREVIOUS YEARS and the CURRENT YEAR.

After the Job Code and Job Description are printed, the below listed Amounts are printed
across the page:

(1) - Contract Price                                - ORIGINAL CONTRACT plus or minus CONTRACT CHANGES

(2) - Original Estimated                - ORIGINAL CONTRACT less ORIGINAL BUDGET
        Gross Profit

(3) - Total Estimated Cost                - ORIGINAL BUDGET plus or minus BUDGET CHANGES

(4) - Estimated Gross Profit                - CONTRACT PRICE less TOTAL ESTIMATED COSTS UPON
        On Completion                   COMPLETION (Cost to Date divided by % Complete)

(5) - Cost Incurred to Date                - Previous Years COSTS from Total Job Status Record plus
                                                           Current Year COSTS from Journal Entries & Detail Cost Records.

(6) - Percent Complete                - COSTS INCURRED TO DATE divided by TOTAL ESTIMATED COST.
                                                            (If UNDER / OVER RUN is entered it is applied to COSTS BEFORE
                                                              COMPUTATION).

(6a) - Over/Under Run Flag                - An ASTERISK appears to right of PERCENT COMPLETE if COST
                                                            OVER / UNDER RUN has been applied prior to computation of %.

(7) - Total Gross Profit                - TOTAL AMOUNT BILLED TO DATE less COSTS INCURRED
            to Date                                   TO DATE.

(8) - Gross Profit in Previous - From Total Job Status Record

(13)- Costs & Est. Earnings                - If result of above computation is POSITIVE amount is entered in this
              in Excess of Billings                   Column.
