This program is used to print a General Ledger DETAIL REPORT BY JOB RANGE using
LAST YEAR'S DATA. It would be used in case MODIFICATIONS were made to Last Years
Financial Statements or LOOKUPS on Last Year's Information were required..

On the General Ledger / General Ledger: Last Year Menu make
         Selection #3 - Print General Ledger Last Year: Detail by JOB RANGE.

This program operates exactly like the Print General Ledger Detail for the CURRENT YEAR.
