Depending on parameters selected this is a LISTING OF CHECKS, or SUMMARY OF EARNINGS
for ONE EMPLOYEE for the PERIOD SPECIFIED in the FROM and THRU CHECK DATES.
At top are listed the CHECK DATES FROM and THRU and the EMPLOYEE NAME & ADDRESS.
The sequence is by CHECK DATE, or MONTH. If EACH CHECK has been selected then
Check Number, EARNINGS, DEDUCTIONS, ADDITIONS, and NET PAYare listed.
If DETAIL has been selected then each individual pay item will be shown, otherwise just
column totals will appear
If TOTALS have been selected they will appear in the same format as individual checks.
At far right is a column that shows the number of weeks or checks that make up each total.
