PAYROLL CHECK DATE WHEN THIS CRAFT DEDUCTION TABLE BECOMES EFFECTIVE.

Entered in the format MM/DD/YY.

The COMPUTE PAYROLL program will search for the latest Effective Date that
is LESS THAN or EQUAL TO the CHECK DATE in the COMPUTE PAYROLL
parameter.

This allows you to RERUN PAYROLLS in a prior period and compute
the same Deductions and Fringes as were originally computed, even though the
Craft Deductions Records were changed later.
