CITY TAX CODE
3 character abbreviation used to access a City Tax Master Record.

Used for ANY LOCAL TAX, City, County, or School District.

If the Local Tax is based on work location, then this code is entered
in the JOB MASTER RECORD at the time the Job is setup.

If Local Tax is based on RESIDENCE, then this code is entered in the
Employee Master Record in the RESIDENCE CITY TAX FIELD.

If there are codes in BOTH PLACES, the JOB SITE TAX takes precedence
with ANY REMAINDER going to the Residence Tax.

For Local Taxes that are IN ADDITION TO Job Site & Residence Taxes
(County & School District Taxes) use the OTHER LOCAL TAX field in
the Employee Master Record.
