OVERRIDE SALES LOCATION CODE                                (OPTIONAL ENTRY)

This Input Box is for entry of an OVERRIDE SALES LOCATION CODE.

The Sales Location Code indicates the SALES TAX JURISDICTION where a Job or
Office is located. It points to a Record in the SALES LOCATIONS MASTER FILE where
the County, City and Sales Tax Rate are stored.

This Code normally comes from the JOB MASTER RECORD, since the location of the
Job Site usually determines the Tax Status of the Invoice. If the Invoice is NON-JOB
RELATED then the program inserts the DEFAULT SALES LOCATION CODE from the
Sales Locations Master File (This is usually the location of the Main Office).

In SPECIAL CASES you may want to OVERRIDE these automatic features (Job Work
done in a Shop at a different location, etc.). Enter the OVERRIDE Sales Location Code
in this Input Box.

If you are not sure of the Code enter a Partial Code and Press TAB or Click on another
field. The SALES LOCATION CODES SELECTION WINDOW will appear and you can
Click on the Code you want to enter it.. If the Code is NOT in the Window, Click Cancel,
then Windows at upper left, then Sales Locations in the Drop Down Menu. Here you can
ADD A NEW SALES LOCATION CODE to the Master File.
