2. Print any topics that are not CLEARLY understood.

3. Before starting an operation make a Diskette
  Backup, label it & store it. (Now you can always
  start over if something goes wrong.

4. Print the BRIEF CHECK LIST for the Operation you
  are going to do.

5. Mark each item on the Check List as you do it.

6. Make notes on the Check List if anything goes
  wrong, or if you don't understand something.
  Call Support to get help & jot down the answers.

7. File any sheets with notes for future reference.
