A Federal Government Payroll Report that is required on most Federally Funded
projects. The software produces this Report as a by-product of the Weekly Payroll
Run.

The first part of the Report is a DAILY LISTING OF HOURS AND EARNINGS BY EMPLOYEE
with TOTALS FOR EACH PROJECT. (Use the MAIN SYSTEM PARAMETERS to change the
START DAY of the WORK WEEK).

The second part of the report is a CERTIFICATION STATEMENT which must be signed
by an Officer of the Company.
